“When water started dripped, and didn't stop, from a pipe connected to the pressure relief valve on my home boiler system, I called Ryan Macauley, owner of Colorado Plumbing & Utilities, to come diagnose the problem and make any necessary repairs. Ryan arrived right at the time we had scheduled and set to work. He quickly analyzed the complicated maze of pipes attached to the two main pipes coming from the boiler, the pumps, on/off valves, pressure regulating tank and apparatus, the thermostat controlled valves, sophisticated electronics controlling the below the floor radiant heating zones and the domestic hot water tank, and started the replacement of three worn out items of the almost 25 year old system. After replacing the faulty parts, he set to recharging the entire system ensuring no air pockets formed, which could have caused an air lock, rendering the entire system inoperable. He only charged his labor for the 3 hours actually analyzing and installing the new parts, not the additional 6+ hours it took to completely drain water from 100's of feet of piping under our floors, then recharging, making sure no air got in the lines. Excellent work Ryan.”

“Colorado Plumbing & Utilities Inc. did an excellent job getting our new water heater in and on a Saturday to boot. Water heater leaked in basement Friday discovered around 5 pm. I got on at 6 pm and scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 7 am. I received messages confirming the appointment and even got at text they were 30 minutes away. They arrived right on time and got the old heater out new heater in just under 3 hours. 10/10 recommended.”
